**Hoco/Prom Stylist Position:**
The job requirements for the hoco/prom stylist position entail:
- At least 16 years of age or a junior in high school for employment at SHF
- Able to work at least two days during the school week and MUST be able to work Saturdays throughout the school year, as well as Sundays starting in January through April, and Late July through October.
- Ability to communicate with customers of all ages and backgrounds.
- Ensure dresses are handled with care both on the sales floor as well as in the fitting rooms.
- Maintain store cleanliness on an ongoing basis.
- Basic math skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency and accuracy while taking initiative.
- Strong commitment to customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment.
- Know our merchandise mix and build your product knowledge on an ongoing basis.
- Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives amazing service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
- Put away all 'NO' dresses back on the floor in the proper section, size, and color.
